First, we meet with you in a detailed exploratory session to make sure we understand your idea if you haven't launched yet, or your business, if you have. After this session, we may request internal documents and financial information so that we can fully outline your specific business challenge.

Then, we create a project plan and calendar. We assign those from our team who have expertise relevant to your project. The complete project plan is forwarded to you for your approval.

Once approved, we then move forward to create our recommendation, and later if needed, will work alongside your employees to implement that plan. We understand that sometimes, the fastest way to execute is NOT to engage day-to-day managers on a new initiative. In these cases, we can plan and implement ourselves, tapping our own networks and resources to your benefit.

On project completion, we meet with our clients to review the success of our work. This approach makes the most of your time and investment.
